Bluffview is a beautiful, upscale neighborhood located west of Park Cities in North Dallas. It was established in the 1930s on the foundation of the defunct Bluffview Dairy, from which it derives its name.

Scenic Views and Gorgeous Homes
If nothing else, Bluffview is beautiful to look at. Large, immaculate homes with private driveways are shaded by old oaks and willows. The neighborhood offers spectacular views of the surrounding “bluffs” overlooking Bachman Branch.
Bluffview Park, a 2.6 acre green space, was established in 1945. It is a great spot for a morning run or to cool off with a good book.
Great Schools
Next to the park, you’ll find the Sudie Williams Talented & Gifted Academy, a nationally recognized public school that has been ranked as one of the best elementary schools in Texas. Bluffview is also home to several top-rated private schools and is located within the Dallas College District.
Safety in Bluffview
Bluffview is famous for being an exceptionally safe place to live. A volunteer-run organization known as the Briarwood Crime Watch & Neighborhood Association employs off-duty police to monitor the neighborhood day and night for crime and hazardous conditions. The association also sponsors community events.

Bluffview sounds like a great neighborhood. Love the tie back to the dairy farm. I found that living near a lake gives the kids so much to do.
